The course was very well put together. The only way the course differs from actually attending a residents Cpl's course, is the face to face contact, inspections, and PT (none of which could be done through a computer anyways). I took this course seriously, just as I take my career. I found it to be very useful and full of knowledge that I can use to my advantage. The Marine NCO Course and the Leadership Tools and Techniques Course were most beneficial to me. I honestly feel that I have been equipped with the proper tools and knowledge to be a better leader, NCO, worker, and Marine.

The only complaint I have in regards to the DPME Course is the camouflage examples. I know this is minor and being nitpicky, however I found the illustrations and examples of the camouflage types (blotching, striping, combination) to be slightly difficult to differentiate. Some of the pictures were also too dark to even see any camouflage at all.

Overall, the course was extremely well built and full of useful knowledge. Any Marine who takes this course seriously and applies it to their daily operations will become a better all around Marine.

Thank you for the assistance in finding seminars for me to attend while I have been on TAD. This year I've attended Command & Staff seminars aboard Okinawa, Twentynine Palms, Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune. It has been a great experience and the seminars have made it really easy to keep up with the coursework. The level of integration across the CDET enterprise is truly impressive. Thanks again!
